Job Brief
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to help improve software security governance and contribute to the continuous evolution of secure development practices. You’ll work closely with product and development teams, driving secure software lifecycle initiatives and supporting compliance with evolving industry regulations, particularly in the context of connected and autonomous vehicles.
Responsibilities

Lead and refine secure software lifecycle processes in alignment with industry standards (e.g., UNECE R155)

Provide expert guidance on secure architecture and development best practices

Support teams in adopting DevSecOps methodologies (SAST, DAST, fuzzing)

Contribute to cybersecurity governance and the development of internal frameworks (CSMS)

Work cross-functionally to embed security into all stages of the development process

Act as an advisor and help cultivate a community of security-aware developers

Help adapt development processes in response to regulatory updates
Requirements and Skills

Solid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO)

Experience supporting risk assessments and mitigation strategies

Ability to revise and enforce security policies across teams

Familiarity with promoting cybersecurity awareness and building a strong security culture

Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams to ensure compliance and alignment with security goals
