You’ll work closely with product and development teams, driving secure software lifecycle initiatives and supporting compliance with evolving industry regulations, particularly in the context of connected and autonomous vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and refine secure software lifecycle processes in alignment with industry standards (e.g., UNECE R155)
  • Provide expert guidance on secure architecture and development best practices
  • Support teams in adopting DevSecOps methodologies (SAST, DAST, fuzzing)
  • Contribute to cybersecurity governance and the development of internal frameworks (CSMS)
  • Work cross-functionally to embed security into all stages of the development process
  • Act as an advisor and help cultivate a community of security-aware developers
  • Help adapt development processes in response to regulatory updates

Requirements and Skills

  • Solid understanding of security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO)
  • Experience supporting risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to revise and enforce security policies across teams
  • Familiarity with promoting cybersecurity awareness and building a strong security culture
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams to ensure compliance and alignment with security goals
