Job Description

Job Brief:

  • We are seeking an experienced Okta Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Okta and Aquera solutions within SOX in-scope ERP systems. This role will ensure seamless IAM, SSO, and MFA deployment while building robust communication, onboarding, and training programs across IT and business functions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Okta is properly configured, integrated, and running smoothly across ERP systems.

  • Lead design sessions for Okta base configuration, SSO, AD/Universal Directory, LCM, Office 365, and OIG Access Certifications.

  • Develop and prioritize SSO application integration roadmap.

  • Manage Aquera integrations, including SOD alerts, change tracking, auto-provisioning, and privileged access alerting.

  • Facilitate ERP access and integration meetings with implementation partners.

  • Oversee testing iterations and feedback with Okta/Aquera partners.

  • Collect and document SOPs, operational procedures, end-user training guides, and “how-to” documentation.

  • Build and execute IT and end-user communication and onboarding strategies.

  • Deploy IAM, SSO, and MFA through Okta.

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams to ensure SOD alerting and PAM controls across ERP systems.

 

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience implementing Okta in large enterprises.

  • Strong expertise in IAM, SSO, and MFA.

  • Experience integrating ERP systems in SOX-compliant environments.

  • Knowledge of Aquera / Okta integrations and workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory / Universal Directory and user migration.

  • Familiarity with Lifecycle Management (LCM), Office 365, and OIG Access Certifications.

  • Understanding of SOD alerts, change tracking, user roles, and auto-provisioning.

  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, training guides, procedures).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
