Job Brief

• We are seeking multiple Machine Learning Engineers to join a hyper-growth tech company in its offices in Zaragoza, Spain, for a 6-month contract, with a renewable possibility. 
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize Large Language Models using quantum-inspired techniques to address complex, real-world use cases.
• Build and deploy LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines and AI agents, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, robustness, and computational efficiency.
• Develop custom deep learning solutions across multiple domains, including areas beyond LLMs such as computer vision.
• Act as a technical expert, identifying opportunities for innovation and proposing model and architecture improvements.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture through documentation, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Requirements & Skills:

• Academic background in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience designing, training, or fine-tuning deep learning models, particularly transformers and/or computer vision.
• Strong practical expertise with transformer ecosystems, including PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries (Transformers, Accelerate, Datasets).
• Solid mathematical foundations and deep understanding of neural networks, training dynamics, and inference.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructures, cloud environments (ideally AWS), and deploying models using containers (Docker).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced teams; research publications are a plus, and English fluency is required.
