Job Brief:

You will be joining a fast-growing European deep-tech company operating at the intersection of advanced AI and emerging technologies, supported by strong institutional and private investment. The company develops innovative solutions that significantly improve the efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of modern AI systems.

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, robustness, and performance of AI-driven products and platforms. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams on cutting-edge technologies, contributing to high-quality solutions designed for real-world, large-scale deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions delivered to clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, project managers, and customers to define acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate system quality under varied operational conditions, including scalability, latency, and data integrity.
• Create and standardize quality control processes and reporting across projects.
• Develop and maintain test suites tailored to AI systems and ML workflows.
• Design and implement automated and manual testing frameworks for LLM-based applications (chatbots, RAG systems, APIs, data pipelines).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, enforcing best practices in testing, documentation, and validation.

Requirements & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems, including reproducibility, model output validation, and bias detection.
• Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows, including Python, APIs, and cloud ML platforms.
• Experience with functional, performance, and automation testing.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
