Job Brief:

We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer to support the development of scalable backend solutions within a remote, product-focused engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Go in a production environment.

• Translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Take ownership of features across the full development lifecycle, from implementation to deployment.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and modern engineering practices.

• Contribute to fast-paced delivery cycles supported by CI/CD pipelines.

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within distributed teams.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong commercial experience with Golang and backend systems development.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and code review practices.

• Experience working in product-driven environments with high levels of autonomy.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or similar environments.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

• Professional English communication skills.
