Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Senior Mainframe Developer (15+ years of experience) to join an Application Maintenance Team in Stockholm. You will ensure the stable operation and maintenance of a business-critical application, working in an integrated team of client employees and consultants. Contract from December 2026 to December 2027, on-site in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily incident and problem management (weekdays, 08:00 to 17:00).
• Take part in a 24/7/365 on-call support rotation.
• Carry out technical maintenance, continuous development and documentation.
• Drive knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience as a developer in mainframe environments.
• Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, SQL, DB2, IMS, MQ and IBM Developer for z/OS.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence and agile development.
• Fluency in Swedish (mandatory) and English.
• Availability to work on-site in Stockholm from December 1, 2026.
