Job Brief:
- We are seeking a mid-level tech talent acquisition specialist for a fast-growing AI Start-up.
Responsibilities:
- Help grow the team, with a primary focus on tech recruitment
- Lead sourcing and recruitment efforts to attract top talent across multiple departments
- Play a key role in building and refining talent acquisition processes and tools
- Work closely with the C-Level and other stakeholders to support the company's scaling efforts
- Hands-on recruitment and strong sourcing techniques in order to fill critical roles
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet evolving hiring needs
Requirements and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment (both in-house & agency)
- Background in a fast-paced start-up setting
- Proven ability to source top talent through networking and headhunting, using different tools and platforms
- Skilled in handling multiple roles across various departments at the same time
- Ability to navigate through a flat organization, gather requirements and manage expectations
