Job Brief:

• We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to work in content moderation for an AI Start-up that hires 100% remote. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance by overseeing AI moderation across multiple languages and adapting to diverse regional contexts
• Promote inclusivity by addressing cultural nuances to foster respectful and engaging user experiences
• Refine moderation systems through regular analysis of user feedback and evolving user experiences
• Shape AI responses using prompt engineering to encourage appropriate, human-like interactions
• Continuously tune classifiers to detect sensitive subjects and ensure moderation remains current and effective
• Maintain compliance with international content standards and uphold ethical practices across the platform

Requirements and skills:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a STEM field
• Hands-on experience in managing and tuning AI systems for behavior guidance using prompt engineering techniques
• Understanding moderation tools, including the use of classifiers to identify and filter sensitive or inappropriate content
• Ability to distill technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
• Track record of handling and analyzing high volumes of customer feedback to inform product or systems improvements.
