Job Brief:

We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive and deliver multiple integration programs across our client organization.
In this exciting role, you will collaborate cross-functionally and evangelize how our tech teams are architecting the newest innovations to support our latest product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the technological understanding necessary to assess delivery readiness through reviews, retrospectives, and clear communication.
• Drive measurable program performance, establishing governance and prioritization processes aligned with KPIs.
• Act as an influential member of a highly integrated, cross-functional team composed of both technical and non-technical members
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders across departments.
•  Ensure alignment and execution excellence through collaboration with engineering, product, and operational teams.
• Coordinate and optimize program delivery across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Demonstrated success managing programs across cross-functional teams, building scalable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to follow through on complex initiatives.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.
