Job Brief

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the continuous integration and delivery systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and container orchestration, as well as a collaborative mindset to drive DevOps best practices across teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the software delivery pipelines and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Jython, PowerShell, Hipervisor, Gerrit, SonarQube, and Ansible.

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

  • Oversee container orchestration using Kubernetes to ensure scalability and system reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and operations) to streamline deployment and release processes.

  • Integrate a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

  • Promote the adoption of DevOps best practices and support the implementation of new tools and methodologies across the organization.

  • Ensure alignment between DevOps initiatives and broader organizational objectives.

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with proven success in automation and cloud infrastructure management.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gerrit, SonarQube) and automation/configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Jython, Bash).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
