Job Brief:

• Our client is seeking an AI Tech Lead to lead and mentor an engineering team focused on developing and deploying different AI Solutions.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from concept and design through deployment and ongoing optimization
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring alignment on technical direction and best practices
• Define and communicate a clear technical vision, fostering strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems
• Leverage deep expertise with diverse AI Models, frameworks, and toolsets to shape design and implementation strategies
• Tackle and resolve complex engineering challenges inherent in large-scale AI development
• Stay actively engaged in code reviews, model experimentation, and technical validation to maintain engineering excellence

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring AI and software engineering teams to deliver impactful POCs
• Skilled at integrating AI capabilities into existing systems, from intelligent chatbots to advanced image analysis solutions
• Deep understanding of modern AI models, frameworks, and end-to-end deployment strategies
• Proven ability to architect secure, scalable, and high-performance AI infrastructures
• Experienced in managing complex projects across their full lifecycle, from planning to production
• Strong communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
• Remains hands-on in software development, system integration, and technical validation
