Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an AI Tech Lead to lead and mentor an engineering team focused on developing and deploying different AI Solutions.

Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from concept and design through deployment and ongoing optimization
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring alignment on technical direction and best practices
Define and communicate a clear technical vision, fostering strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems
Leverage deep expertise with diverse AI Models, frameworks, and toolsets to shape design and implementation strategies
Tackle and resolve complex engineering challenges inherent in large-scale AI development
Stay actively engaged in code reviews, model experimentation, and technical validation to maintain engineering excellence

Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring AI and software engineering teams to deliver impactful POCs
Skilled at integrating AI capabilities into existing systems, from intelligent chatbots to advanced image analysis solutions
Deep understanding of modern AI models, frameworks, and end-to-end deployment strategies
Proven ability to architect secure, scalable, and high-performance AI infrastructures
Experienced in managing complex projects across their full lifecycle, from planning to production
Strong communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Remains hands-on in software development, system integration, and technical validation
