Job Description

Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Enterprise Security Engineer to strengthen and advance the organization’s IT and Enterprise Security program. This position plays a vital role in protecting the company’s infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and employee technologies. You will take ownership of security initiatives, audit and improve processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Identity, and Cloud Operations teams to implement robust security controls, monitor systems, and address vulnerabilities, ensuring the company remains protected against emerging threats.

Responsibilities

  • SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM): Regularly evaluate and oversee SaaS applications to detect misconfigurations, unnecessary permissions, and compliance gaps with security standards. Lead initiatives to improve security controls and implement best practices.

  • Work closely with software development teams to embed security within CI/CD processes and promote secure coding methodologies.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design, implement, and manage identity and access policies across SaaS and IT systems. Use SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access to uphold the principle of least privilege. Audit and continuously improve IAM workflows.

  • Develop concise, data-driven reports to communicate security metrics, trends, and remediation progress to management and stakeholders. Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.

  • IT Security Operations: Contribute to maintaining strong endpoint, network, and cloud security by defining policies, coordinating corrective actions, and leading projects with IT teams.

  • Lead and influence security initiatives across teams, ensuring a strategic approach to risk management and process improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in enterprise or corporate security.

  • Strong understanding of IT ecosystems including Windows, macOS, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, and device management tools like Intune or Jamf.

  • Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)—including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access frameworks.

  • Proven ability to take ownership of security initiatives and drive end-to-end improvements.
  • Ability to interpret and work with data through Excel, SQL, Python, or visualization tools to identify trends and support decision-making.

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical matters into clear and actionable insights.

  • Excellent team collaboration abilities and confidence in influencing cross-functional initiatives.

  • Demonstrated capacity to manage confidential information responsibly and ethically.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in regulated environments, particularly within finance or telecommunications sectors.

  • Knowledge of global compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or related frameworks.

  • Experience leading cross-team projects or initiatives to improve enterprise security posture.
