Job Brief
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Enterprise Security Engineer to strengthen and advance the organization’s IT and Enterprise Security program. This position plays a vital role in protecting the company’s infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and employee technologies. You will take ownership of security initiatives, audit and improve processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Identity, and Cloud Operations teams to implement robust security controls, monitor systems, and address vulnerabilities, ensuring the company remains protected against emerging threats.
Responsibilities

SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM): Regularly evaluate and oversee SaaS applications to detect misconfigurations, unnecessary permissions, and compliance gaps with security standards. Lead initiatives to improve security controls and implement best practices.

Work closely with software development teams to embed security within CI/CD processes and promote secure coding methodologies.

Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design, implement, and manage identity and access policies across SaaS and IT systems. Use SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access to uphold the principle of least privilege. Audit and continuously improve IAM workflows.

Develop concise, data-driven reports to communicate security metrics, trends, and remediation progress to management and stakeholders. Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.

IT Security Operations: Contribute to maintaining strong endpoint, network, and cloud security by defining policies, coordinating corrective actions, and leading projects with IT teams.
- Lead and influence security initiatives across teams, ensuring a strategic approach to risk management and process improvements.
Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in enterprise or corporate security.

Strong understanding of IT ecosystems including Windows, macOS, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, and device management tools like Intune or Jamf.

Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)—including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and conditional access frameworks.
- Proven ability to take ownership of security initiatives and drive end-to-end improvements.

Ability to interpret and work with data through Excel, SQL, Python, or visualization tools to identify trends and support decision-making.

Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical matters into clear and actionable insights.

Excellent team collaboration abilities and confidence in influencing cross-functional initiatives.

Demonstrated capacity to manage confidential information responsibly and ethically.
Preferred Skills

Experience in regulated environments, particularly within finance or telecommunications sectors.

Knowledge of global compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or related frameworks.
