Job Brief:

We are looking for a React Native Software Engineer to join our team and help build and operate highly reliable mobile systems used by millions of businesses worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that support Stripe’s global financial infrastructure.
• Contribute to the operation and reliability of production systems, following best practices for monitoring, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and safe production changes.
• Learn and work with large-scale systems and codebases, forming a deep understanding of how mobile clients interact with backend services.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Hands-on experience with React Native through professional work
• Solid understanding of mobile application development concepts.
• Experience working on collaborative, multi-developer projects.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and technologies through independent research and collaboration with experienced engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
