Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist to support and enhance our client’s HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, you will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, align the systems with global HR processes and local business needs, and drive improvements in automation, reporting and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple HR modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external support providers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain system configuration, user access and data accuracy in line with internal policies and privacy requirements.
• Work with HR teams to translate business requirements into system improvements and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate testing and support the rollout of new functionalities, system updates and HR technology projects.
• Manage HR reporting, dashboards and analytics, ensuring accurate and reliable workforce data.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automation, system adoption and user experience.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, administration and support.
• Knowledge of multiple HR modules, such as Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Onboarding or Learning.
• Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, data validation and analytics.
• Familiarity with system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordination with external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with international teams and manage global processes alongside local requirements.
