Job Brief:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Junior/Mid-level) to join a growing technical team and help bridge the gap between development and operations. You will work on cutting-edge technologies focused on optimizing and deploying AI models on constrained devices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a highly innovative, international, and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to grow your DevOps skill set in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role is based in the company’s offices in Barcelona and is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal. The position follows a hybrid working model (3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote) and is open to candidates willing to relocate. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure and services
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability
  • Help automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and help troubleshoot issues
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
  • Contribute to documentation of systems, processes, and best practices
  • Continuously learn and apply DevOps tools, methodologies, and industry standards

 

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or significant work experience as a Software Engineer.
  • 2-5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Basic experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in designing or supporting secure, scalable, and high-availability solutions in the AWS Cloud, using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation / SDK, etc.).
  • Knowledge of one or more programming language (e.g. Bash, Python, Go, or similar)
