Job Brief:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React) to support the delivery of a scalable digital platform within a fully remote product engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance full-stack features using Python-based back-end frameworks and modern React front-end solutions.

• Contribute to transforming an early-stage product into a robust, scalable platform supporting large-scale user adoption.

• Implement secure, multi-tenant system capabilities and improve automation across business workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline user experience and operational efficiency.

• Participate in continuous delivery cycles, including testing, code reviews, and production releases.

• Support system performance improvements and contribute to long-term platform evolution.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of commercial full-stack development experience using Python and React.

• Hands-on expertise with back-end frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.

• Experience working on scalable product platforms in production environments.

• Practical use of AI-assisted or agentic development tools to improve engineering productivity.

• Ability to work effectively in autonomous, distributed teams.

• Solid understanding of modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines and collaborative workflows.
