Job Brief:

We are looking for an AI Engineer (German-speaking) to support prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization within a remote product delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Model (LLM) use cases, including German-language scenarios.

• Improve response quality by analyzing outputs, reducing ambiguity, and mitigating hallucination risks.

• Develop structured prompting strategies to enhance consistency and usability of AI-generated results.

• Support the implementation of AI-assisted workflows integrated into broader digital products.

• Define evaluation approaches to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate based on findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with real business and product needs.

Requirements & Skills:

• Hands-on experience working with LLM technologies in real-world environments.

• Solid understanding of prompting techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, role-based prompting, and structured outputs.

• Ability to manage context limitations and optimize model behavior through prompt iteration.

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON structures, and core model parameters (e.g., temperature, token limits).

• Comfortable working professionally in German (minimum B2 level) and communicating clearly in distributed teams.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.
