Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a leading American multinational on a fully remote basis within Germany. You will partner with enterprise customers and commercial teams to design, demonstrate, and position AI-powered customer engagement solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to support enterprise and strategic customer engagements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
  • Design end-to-end customer engagement solutions integrating AI, CRM, analytics, workforce optimization, and enterprise applications.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support proofs-of-concept (POCs), pilots, and technical evaluations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation and delivery teams.

 

Requirements & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Pre-sales Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong experience designing and presenting complex technology solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with AI technologies, including conversational AI, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, RAG, or virtual agents.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 40–60%).
