Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Data Scientist to help turn complex data into actionable business insights through advanced analytics, modelling, and data-driven decision support. This role is suited to someone with strong technical foundations, experience working in cloud data environments, and the ability to translate findings into meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and analytical models to support business objectives
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams on data pipeline development and optimization
• Support automation and deployment of data science workflows through CI/CD practices
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the analytical lifecycle

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science-related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and R
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows in data environments
• Exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Good understanding of data modelling methodologies such as Kimball, Inmon, or Data Vault
• Experience with BI visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with distributed or large-scale data environments is a plus
• Nice to have experience with Snowflake or Databricks
• Fluent English communication skills
