Job Brief:

We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the definition of business process architecture within a major transformation initiative . This role focuses on designing future-state processes across asset lifecycle, customer journey, and finance operations, ensuring alignment between business and technology. 

This is a hands-on role within an established framework (BPMN 2.0, Camunda Modeler, Git-based workflows), working closely with senior stakeholders and reporting to program leadership. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Design and document TO-BE business processes across core operational areas.

• Create formal process models using BPMN 2.0 for use by technical teams.

• Define capability requirements to support system and architecture decisions.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align process design with business goals.

• Contribute to bridging business processes with ongoing technology initiatives.

Requirements & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise process design, with a focus on TO-BE modeling.

• Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and formal process mapping.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g., CFO, COO, CCO).

• Good understanding of ERP, CRM, and payment systems in a business context.

• Fluent in English; experience with Git-based workflows is a plus.
