Job Brief:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex digital initiatives for an international client operating in a highly specialized industry. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, structured execution, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of fixed-scope projects, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, reporting, and strategic direction.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams working across digital platforms, including web-based solutions and online products.

• Define evaluation approaches to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate based on findings.

• Establish strong governance practices to ensure visibility, accountability, and consistent delivery.

Requirements & Skills:

• Extensive experience managing complex software or digital projects with fixed scope and defined budgets.

• Proven ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Solid understanding of digital product development, including web applications and online platforms.

• Availability to work across US time zones (East Coast or Pacific).

• High level of accountability, organization, and delivery focus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
