Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to build and maintain applications using .NET Framework and C#, with a strong focus on CI/CD in Azure DevOps. In this role, you will also develop RPA solutions with Blue Prism, automating business processes and contributing to the analysis of business needs. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework and C#, following best practices and design patterns.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Take an active role in analysing business needs, bringing a critical eye and proposing solutions.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality across the team.
• Monitor applications and manage project work within Azure DevOps.
• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and C#.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, especially building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of integration tools and code review tools.
• Experience with Blue Prism or another RPA tool, or a genuine commitment to learning Blue Prism development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong autonomy, results orientation and ability to adapt quickly to new contexts and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (C1 level, written and spoken).
• Availability for a hybrid schedule, 2 days per week on-site in Lisbon (mandatory).
