Job Brief:
We are looking for a SAP Programme Manager to oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of global HR systems. The role focuses on driving SAP SuccessFactors programs, ensuring seamless integrations, compliance, and scalable solutions across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HR and payroll implementations across global markets.
• Define and maintain the overall HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Oversee technical integrations between SAP, payroll systems, and third-party platforms, including APIs, middleware, and secure data transfer layers.
• Evaluate existing HR modules and processes, recommending modernization, automation, or simplification initiatives.
• Monitor vendor roadmaps, new SAP capabilities, and emerging HR technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or Programme Management.
• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors programmes and payroll integrations in a global context.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, SFTP, and data transformation layers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale HR transformation projects, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
