Job Brief:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take a validated AI agent into production. The agent answers business questions in natural language from quality-assured data, and your mission is to turn it into a secure, robust and scalable production solution, then scale it to more data domains. The focus is on implementation, integration, security, operability and reuse, not on building new statistical models. This is a framework agreement role based in Stockholm, starting February 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Take a validated AI agent prototype into secure, robust and scalable production.
• Build API-based integrations and permission-controlled data access.
• Implement guardrails and evaluation of AI output.
• Set up CI/CD, automated testing and observability for the solution.
• Scale the agent to new data domains, with a focus on reuse.

Requirements & Skills:

• Extensive experience developing and deploying AI, GenAI or agent-based solutions to production in the cloud, with real users and scale (not only POCs).
• Hands-on experience with RAG, tool use, guardrails and evaluation of AI output.
• Experience with API integrations, identity and access control.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development, automated testing, CI/CD and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Experience with AI-specific quality assurance, security and risk management is a plus.
• Experience in business-critical and regulated environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Based in or available to work in Stockholm.
