Job Brief:

• We are looking for a Data Engineer to join an established leading brand in their industry, known for producing high-quality products that combine performance, technology, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and recommend the most effective technical strategies for various use cases within the company's sector.
• Analyzing various data sources and constructing and refining data models.
• Design and develop efficient data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory or SAP Cloud Integration to enable seamless data flow and integration.
• Model and organize complex datasets to support ETL processes and build scalable data warehousing solutions.
• Architect and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability across systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based data services, with a primary focus on Azure, to deliver high-performing solutions.
• Implement and uphold data governance policies, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards. 

Requirements and skills:

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in roles closely related to data engineering.
• Experience working in Cloud-based environments (specially Azure).
• Expert-level proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Strong experience with data technologies (e.g., Spark, Synapse, SAP Datasphere)
• Advanced skills in designing and implementing data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SAP Cloud Integration).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
