Job Brief:

• Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer tn a rapidly growing, boutique consulting firm founded in 2019, this company stands out for delivering concrete results on time, while fostering a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take on a leadership role by offering technical direction and mentoring to a team of software engineer
• Be responsible for designing architectures that are either cloud-native or based on microservices, depending on the project needs.
• Contribute to building essential business applications that support key client operations.
• Play a key part in streamlining and automating workflows that are currently handled manually.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to help clients design, launch, and scale digital products effectively
• Analyze existing systems and developed tailored migration solutions to support enterprise data goals.
• Prioritize fast, impactful deliveries favoring solutions that are simple, easy to understand, and actionable. However, you’re not afraid to leverage advanced tools when necessary
• Share your knowledge openly with your colleagues while also learning from their areas of expertise.

Requirements and skills:

• Extensive experience in programming across a variety of paradigms, including object-oriented, imperative, and functional approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, the core programming language used across the majority of our projects.
• Strong command of both Python and Go, with practical application in real-world environments.
• Familiarity with React for front-end development
• Solid experience working with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and database migration strategies across diverse environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi. Those who prefer SSH for direct system access or working with bash may find this position less aligned with their strengths
